The size of the room for two people was nice and more roomy than a different named hotel we stayed at in Asheville. The beds at Holiday Inn were comfy and both of us slept well. The vanity area in the bathroom was large and very well lighted. The only suggestion I will make, is the commode could be higher for older people, but all in all, we thought it was a very nice room, quiet and clean and the staff were all so friendly....Southern Hospitality for sure!! The Continental breakfast was wonderful! Hot tasty eggs, sausages and bacon...fruit, juices, bagels, pastries, great coffee too! We even took a cup for the road. We enjoyed our stay.

Friendly customer service. Assistant general manager, Allen, was superb and friendly with our greeting at 10:00 pm arrival! This was unexpected. Breakfast staff was also very personable and welcoming. We felt taken care of and will definitely recommend this location to others! The accessibility for our dogs was great on the first floor. As a fur-friendly family this set up was perfect! Not many facilities have such an open grass area for pets. A plus!!

The property was immaculate and very well maintained. I have a very friendly German Shepherd and he thought the beds were comfortable and he loved the large window view. The staff was accommodating and helpful to me as well as to each other. The nice fellow that did breakfast should get a gold star. Everything was clean and well stocked. I have been to a lot of motels during my life and I can honestly say this one ranks near the top.
